Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: 26 October, 2021

Last Updated: 14 July, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website [https://solutore.com] and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Solutóre (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Solutóre and are in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

Certain Services allow you to connect third-party accounts (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) via that platform’s own authorisation process. By connecting a third-party account, you authorise Solutóre to access and use it solely as described for that Service, and you agree to also comply with that third-party platform’s own terms of service and policies. You are solely responsible for maintaining the eligibility and good standing of any third-party account you connect.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Solutóre or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without express written permission.

3. User Content

If you submit or post any content to our Services, you grant Solutóre a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or the rights of any third parties.

Where a Service allows you to compose, schedule, or queue content for publishing to a third-party account you have connected (such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn), you are also responsible for ensuring that your content complies with that third-party platform’s own terms, policies, and community standards, in addition to the requirements above.

4. Third-Party Account Connections

Certain Services allow you to connect accounts from third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) so that you can compose, schedule, and publish content to them through Solutóre. When you connect a third-party account, Solutóre requests only the access needed to perform the actions you direct — such as publishing content on your behalf — and does not use the connection to sign you in to Solutóre or to act independently of your instructions.

You may disconnect a connected account at any time within the Service, which revokes Solutóre’s access to that account going forward. Information on how connected-account data, including access tokens, is stored and handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Solutóre is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of any third-party platform, including any changes, restrictions, or interruptions imposed by that platform that affect a connected account or your ability to publish content through it.

5. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solutóre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Without limiting the foregoing, Solutóre shall not be liable for any content removal, account suspension, restriction, or other action taken by a third-party platform (including Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) with respect to a connected account, nor for any interruption, error, or unavailability of a Service caused by a change, outage, or restriction on the part of that platform.

7. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

If access to a connected third-party account is revoked, expires, or is restricted — whether by you or by the third-party platform — Solutóre may be unable to perform related functions of the Service, such as publishing scheduled content, until access is reconnected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kolkata, India.
